Policies
Booking Policy…
A non refundable booking fee is required to secure most appointments. This will be deducted from your treatment cost on the day. Your appointment is not booked in until the booking fee has been paid and i have confirmed the appointment with you.
Cancellation Policy…
Please let me know ASAP if your appointment is no longer convenient. Where possible please allow 48 hours to cancel or adjust any appointment.
If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice - 50% of the remaining balance will be required to pay. Less than 24 hours notice - 100% will be required to pay.
Appointment Attendance…
Please arrive on time to your appointment - anything more than 10 minutes late will result in your appointment being cancelled & the booking fee will be lost.
Please arrive to your appointment make up free, if this is not the case there will be a £5 charge for lash/brow cleanse or bath.
Reschedule Policy…
One time reschedule is ok & the same booking fee can be used as long as more than 48 hours notice is given. More than once will result in you losing your fee. If you need to reschedule your appointment and it’s less than 48 hours prior please refer to the cancellation policy.
Fixing…
If you have a problem with any service within 48 hours then i will fit you in free of charge but anything after this time there will be a charge to fix this. (You need to notify me as soon as the issue arises)
I do not issue any refunds, i have still used my time & products to provide you a service.
Lash Extension Infill Policy
Anything over 22 days since your last appointment will be considered a full set. 50% of the lash extensions must be remaining for an infill appointment, if this is not case please alert me ASAP so i can make adjustments to the appointment. If i am able to make adjustments and allow more time this will be at £5 extra per 15 mins.
Plus Ones…
There is a no plus ones policy at The Lash & Brow Shed. I also cannot accommodate for children in the studio.
Patch Test…
A patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to appointments for tinting/lifting & extensions.it is your responsibilty to ensure you have a pacth test booked in.If you turn up to your appointment without having the correct patch test, the appointment will be cancelled however you will still be charged the full amount.
